Processing Time:
Pre-Made products listed on our website will take 1-5 days to be posted 

Shipping Rates:
Each order is processed and packaged by us and delivered through Sendle, the shipping fee is different depending on the weight of the order.

 Delivery Times:
Standard- same state (VIC) 2-4 business days, Interstate: 3-7 business days
Express 1-2 business days (longer if outside the Metropolitan area)
     Tracking Information: Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided when the order was processed.

Shipping Issues:
Once the order is shipped, Stellah has NO liability if orders get damaged, lost or delayed.

Damages and Returns
Eligibility:
If an item is has broken due to wear and tear, feel free to reach out to us via email to sort out getting it fixed. We will not be able to cover any shipping costs, but if you can access Melbourne CBD we are happy to pick up items at central areas, or provide advice on how to fix your piece!
