How It Works
We now offer a Google Form to start the custom process for necklaces and earrings.
Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll email or DM you to confirm all the details, send through progress photos, and make sure you’re 100% happy with your commission before shipping it out.
Pick Your Artist
Before filling out the form, please check out the “Made by Han” and “Made by Ash” collections on our website.
We ask that you select which artist you want to take on your custom piece — this helps us plan your design journey with care and intention.
Time
Please allow at least 7 business days for your custom piece to be completed.
This timeframe can vary depending on the intricacy of your request and the artist’s current workload.
Pricing
We ask for a 50% deposit before starting your custom piece. This will be deducted from your final payment.
Due to the extra time, attention, and materials needed for custom orders, they usually cost %20 more than our pre-made designs.
You’ll be quoted before anything begins and can approve any updates along the way.
